Manifesting with Human Design: How I Got on Loose Women

A few weeks ago, I had such a fun experience. I found myself standing on the set of Loose Women, one of the UK’s most iconic daytime TV shows, presenting in front of a live studio audience. And although I wasn’t part of the live broadcast (yet), the experience was unforgettable.
It wasn’t random. It wasn’t just luck. It was the result of strategic manifestation grounded in Human Design.
For context, Loose Women is the UK’s equivalent of The View in the US, a long-running, well-loved show with a huge audience. I was invited to the studio with my amazing PR coach, and we knew there was going to be an opportunity to present in front of the audience. But when we arrived, we were seated on the back row. The odds didn’t exactly feel in my favour.
Still, I wasn’t fazed. I had already done the inner work. I had aligned my energy. And I knew, with absolute certainty, that I would be invited onto that stage.
I call this kind of outcome “strategic magic.” And today, I want to walk you through exactly how I did it, step by step, so you can apply it to your own visibility journey.
Whether you're calling in a media appearance, a high-profile client or your next growth opportunity, the principles are the same. These aren’t fluffy manifestation hacks. They’re grounded practices based in energetic alignment, emotional embodiment and your unique Human Design.
The Power of Aligning Human Design with Manifestation
Let’s start here. Human Design on its own is a powerful tool for alignment. It shows you how your energy moves, how you’re meant to make decisions, and how you naturally attract opportunities when you honour your design.
When you combine Human Design with manifestation principles, specifically Law of Attraction techniques, you unlock something extraordinary. You stop chasing opportunities and start magnetising them.
That’s exactly what I did. I used five intentional steps to prepare for the opportunity I wanted to call in. These are the same five steps I use in my business & visibility mentorship work, and the same steps I return to every time I’m ready to create my next up-level.
Step 1: Use the Power of Imagination
The night before the show, I visualised myself on that set.
I imagined walking into the studio and seeing the stage. I pictured myself sitting in one of the presenter chairs. I felt the warmth of the lights on my face. My heart raced with anticipation, and I let that sensation rise within me. That emotional intensity is what fuels magnetic manifestation.
The key here is to feel the experience before it arrives. Don’t just think about it, live it energetically. That’s what brings it closer.
In Human Design, this is supported by an element of your chart called Perspective and Manifestation Style. Some people are designed to visualise specific details. Others respond better to general feeling states. Knowing how your design works can make your visualisation ten times more effective.
Step 2: Dress Consciously and Energetically
This is one of my favourite pieces to teach and it’s one I see overlooked far too often in the business world.
Your visual identity is part of your aura. How you show up, visually and energetically, sends a message before you ever say a word. And that message either repels or magnetises the right people toward you.
As a stylist, I know how to use colour, pattern, and shape to make an impact. But as a Projector in Human Design, I’m also conscious not to overdo it. Our aura is penetrating and focused, which means trying too hard to be seen can actually have the opposite effect. It can come across as needy or forced.
So instead, I dressed to invite recognition.
That day, I chose a bold, colourful striped dress, something that felt completely me and also mirrored the visual tones of the Loose Women set. I didn’t need to shout to be seen. I let my style speak for me. It aligned with my natural presence and gave others something to respond to.

Step 3: Be 100% Certain It Will Happen
This is non-negotiable.
Manifestation doesn’t respond to half-hearted energy. It doesn’t calibrate to “maybe.” It amplifies the emotional tone you’re holding, and certainty is magnetic.
I knew I was going to be invited onto that stage. Even when we landed in the back row. Even when it looked unlikely. I didn’t second guess it. I felt it in my bones.
That level of confidence didn’t come from forcing belief. It came from deeply recognising my own power through Human Design. The more I’ve studied my design, the more I’ve understood how my energy works and the more I've trusted it.
That trust is what builds real certainty.
When you align with the strategy and authority in your Human Design, you don’t have to hype yourself up. You know. You can feel the yes in your body. That inner certainty becomes your compass.
Step 4: Create Your Staircase Moment
I want you to imagine the heroine in your favourite film walking down a grand staircase. She’s poised. She’s radiant. The room turns to look at her because she owns the moment.
That’s a staircase moment.
I embodied this fully as I entered the studio. I smiled at the staff. I chatted with people. I gave compliments and connected with the room. I let my energy ripple outward through my confident presence.
This kind of frequency shift is what creates resonance. It’s what allows others to feel your magnetism without you having to push.
It’s also directly tied to your Human Design aura. For example:
Generators amplify satisfaction and draw people in with joyful energy.
Projectors shine when recognised and guide with precision and insight.
Manifestors command attention with their bold, initiating aura.
Reflectors impact a room with their reflective, lunar energy.
When you show up as your full self and allow your energy to lead, your aura does the work for you.
Step 5: Follow Your Human Design Strategy
This is the most important step of all.
You can dress for success. You can visualise the outcome. You can radiate confidence and intention. But if you bypass your strategy, you’re likely to feel blocked.
Your strategy is the key to unlocking aligned action. Here's a quick reminder:
Generators & Manifesting Generators: Wait to respond
Projectors: Wait to be invited
Manifestors: Inform before initiating
Reflectors: Wait a full lunar cycle for major decisions
In my case, I followed my Projector strategy.
I waited. Twice. First, I was invited by my PR coach to raise my hand as a volunteer. Then, I was invited by the studio staff to come down onto the set. I didn’t force it. I didn’t chase. I aligned with my design and the invitations came.
Projectors are designed to be recognised and invited. When we follow our strategy, we’re met with the right opportunities. When we don’t, we experience resistance and bitterness. That emotional feedback loop is always showing us the way.
No matter your type, honouring your strategy activates your magnetic field. It ensures your energy is being received clearly. And that’s where the magic starts to happen.

The experience on Loose Women was a full-circle reminder that we don’t need to push to be seen. We need to align.
When you understand how your energy operates, when you learn how to magnetise instead of chase, you step into a completely different rhythm in life and business.
