Human Design and Your Magnetic Aura Field
Your Magnetic Aura | Abigail Rebecca
I’ve just come off a coaching session with a new client and wanted to share what came through, because I know she’s not the only one feeling this way. She’s smart, capable, and already running a successful business. But she’s exhausted. There’s no spark. No flow. She’s trying to push through but her energy is flat. And that’s making her hide.
She wants to be more visible. She wants to be recognised as an expert, as a thought leader in her space. She knows she’s ready for her next quantum leap. But her body says no. She’s on the edge of burnout. There’s no inspiration, no fire. So she’s not showing up, even though she wants to. She doesn’t feel like jumping on a live. She’s not reaching out to podcast hosts. She’s skipping the networking events. She’s ticking boxes in her business but the visibility piece feels heavy.
If any of that resonates, here’s what I want you to know.
When you feel disconnected from the joy of your work, you stop magnetising the opportunities you actually want. And it has nothing to do with how skilled you are. It’s about the energy behind how you’re doing what you do.
You can follow all the strategies, take all the courses, learn every tool. But if your energy is flat or misaligned, you won’t call in the invitations, the clients, the collaborations or the visibility opportunities that are meant for you.
That’s where your Human Design comes in.
Human Design teaches you how to work with your natural energy rather than pushing against it. It gives you insight into when you’re aligned with your magnetic field and when you’re not. And from that awareness, you get to shift how you’re showing up.
This isn’t about pretending to be happy or pasting positivity over what’s actually going on. It’s about getting honest. Looking at the root cause. And shifting from the inside out so you can hold the kind of energy that draws success towards you.
Let’s talk about how this plays out across the five energy types, so you can start recognising what your own magnetic state feels like and what happens when you move away from it.
Generators + Manifesting Generators (approx. 70% of the population)
Your strategy is to respond. But most business spaces have taught you to initiate, to push, to hustle. When you move ahead without responding first, frustration builds. You start forcing things. You lose your joy.
Frustration is your cue to pause. Ask yourself, “Am I responding, or am I initiating?”
When you wait to respond, when you follow the energy and say yes to what lights up your sacral, you land in satisfaction. You start magnetising the right people, projects, and pathways forward.
Your sacral is your guide. Trust its response.
Projectors (approx. 20% of the population)
I’m a Projector. I know what it feels like to push too hard and get caught in the bitterness.
Your strategy is to wait for the invitation. When you try to force it, your energy becomes misaligned. Projectors aren’t here to hustle. You’re here to guide, to see deeply, and to be recognised for your wisdom.
Bitterness shows up when you’re trying to be visible without the invitation. When you’re trying to initiate your own success instead of allowing recognition to come toward you.
Success is your signature. That feeling of being seen and appreciated. When that’s present, your aura expands. The right invitations come in. You don’t have to work harder. You get to work smarter, in alignment with your design.
Manifestors (approx. 9% of the population)
Manifestors are here to initiate. But that doesn’t mean you need to carry it all alone.
Your strategy is to inform before you initiate. When you skip that step, blocks show up. People resist you. You feel angry. And that anger is your signal. It tells you something’s off.
When you inform the people around you, your team, your audience, the universe, you clear the path. You’re able to lead, to start things, to move with power. And that creates peace.
You thrive when you have freedom, autonomy and space to do things your way. Honour that. Inform before you move, and you’ll find the peace you’re craving.
Reflectors (approx. 1% of the population)
If you’re a Reflector, you’re rare. Your centres are all open, which means you reflect the energy of the environment and people around you.
Your strategy is to wait a full lunar cycle, about 28.5 days, before making big decisions. That gives you time to feel all the possibilities, to tune into what’s right for you.
When you rush, disappointment creeps in. It clouds your energy. But when you wait, when you give yourself permission to move at your own pace, life feels surprising. Magical. You experience wonder. That’s your signature state.
Reflectors need space. Time. A supportive environment. If that’s you, protect your energy fiercely.
Every type has a way of accessing alignment. And when you’re aligned, you’re magnetic.
When you feel satisfied. When you feel successful. When you feel peaceful. When you feel surprise and delight. Those emotions are a reflection of your energy field doing exactly what it’s designed to do. Attract.
That’s when visibility stops feeling hard. You’re not pushing to be seen. You’re being seen because your aura is already doing the work. And when you’re in that place, of course you want to show up. You want to go live. You want to share your message. Because you feel incredible.
This isn’t about trying to be high-vibe all the time. It’s about learning how your energy works, recognising when you’re off track, and returning to alignment with compassion and clarity.
That’s the real work.
And it works.
