Human Design De-cluttering for Business Growth
De-cluttering For Success | Abigail Rebecca
If you’ve been feeling stuck, energetically cluttered or uninspired in your business, I want to share something with you that’s simple, powerful and often overlooked. Decluttering.
Yes, intentional decluttering. Not just tidying your desk or folding clothes, but clearing your physical space with the intention of raising your frequency, opening up energy flow and making room for creativity, visibility, and abundance to enter your business.
I was reminded of this recently when a memory popped up on Facebook. A video I’d recorded about how clearing clutter makes space for magic. I felt the same message needed to be shared again, now more than ever. Because this time of year invites us to reflect, release, and realign. And what better way to do that than to start with your physical environment?
Let’s go deeper.
The link between clutter, energy and abundance
If you're new to my world, I'm Abigail Rebecca. I'm a Human Design Business Mentor and Visibility Coach for women who are ready to be ICONIC. I'm a trained stylist, a Kundalini yoga devotee, an EFT practitioner and a guide for women stepping into visibility, authenticity, and leadership. I’m also someone who rebuilt her identity after leaving a religious cult at 16, forging a successful corporate career and later starting my own business from a place of deep personal transformation.
When I first stepped into the coaching space, I thought I had the experience and confidence to be visible. But as I started showing up online, I hit wall after wall. Fears of being seen, judged, and rejected. Those blocks weren’t just emotional. They were energetic. And they showed up everywhere, from my content to my client calls, to the space I was trying to create from.
It wasn’t until I discovered Human Design, and started living in alignment with my own Projector energy, that things started to shift. I began to trust my own rhythm. I stopped trying to force results. And I created more space inside and out.
That included clearing the clutter that was blocking the energy around me.
Situation: A space that no longer felt expansive
Let me take you into a real-life example. My office, which also doubles as a spare room and a walk-in wardrobe, is where I spend a lot of my time creating, coaching and being visible. It’s also a shared space. My partner Kev, who is also a coach, uses it for his sessions.
Recently, I noticed something subtle but powerful. Every time I walked into the room, the energy felt off. Nothing was wrong, but there was a heaviness. A sense of clutter that was creating stagnation.
There weren’t piles of rubbish or chaos, but I could feel it. The drawers were full. The wardrobe was overcrowded. Journals I no longer used were stacked away in corners. Energetically, the room was full of old stories.
Task: Create intentional space for energy to flow
I knew what I needed. Not a quick clean. Not just a reorganisation. A full energetic cleanse. One that would clear the physical and make room for more creativity, more magnetism, and more abundance.
I’d done this before. In fact, I used to offer wardrobe declutters as a personal stylist. But this time, I approached it as a woman who understands energy. Who understands Human Design. Who supports other women to be visible and radiant in their own aligned spaces.
So I set an intention. I played affirmations. I put on binaural beats. And I began.
Action: The process of intentional decluttering
Here’s how I approached it, and how you can do the same:
1. Set a clear intention
Before you start, ask yourself: What am I creating space for?
My intention was to serve my clients from my highest energetic state. I wanted my environment to reflect the frequency I choose to lead from, confident, magnetic, aligned. I also wanted to open up to more invitations, more abundance, and more expansive opportunities.
Your intention might be different. You might want to feel more creative. You might want to feel safe and focused. You might want to release a particular story or season. Be specific.
2. Move through the space slowly and consciously
I took everything out. Drawers, wardrobes, shelves. I asked: Does this item support the woman I am becoming?
If not, I released it.
Old journals full of outgrown beliefs. Clothes that no longer felt like me. Books I’d been meaning to read for years but never truly resonated with. All of it created stagnant energy. All of it was ready to go.
If you have an open or undefined spleen in your Human Design chart, this might feel particularly powerful. We often hold onto things long past their expiry point. Decluttering becomes a practice in self-trust.
3. Use sound to support the frequency shift
I played positive affirmations layered over binaural beats while I worked. It helped me stay grounded and focused. It also anchored in the new energetic state I was calling in.
There’s something potent about combining movement, frequency and intention. If you’ve never tried it, I recommend finding a track that feels good to you. Or creating your own. I’ll be recording one soon and will make it available as a resource, because this practice is transformational.
Result: Flow, clarity and aligned creation
By the time I’d finished, the room felt completely different. Lighter. Clearer. Magnetic.
Within days, new opportunities landed. Conversations with potential clients flowed. I felt more confident showing up on video. My energy had shifted. And because my space reflected that shift, everything else began to move too.
When you’re running a business that’s aligned with your energy type, these physical practices matter. They ground the work. They support your frequency. They make you more magnetic.
Beyond decluttering: Your Human Design environment
One of the most overlooked aspects of Human Design is environment. And when you’re doing this kind of intentional clearing, your environment type can give you even more clarity on what makes you thrive.
If you would like to find your environment you can look up your chart here.
There are six environment types in Human Design:
Caves
Kitchens
Markets
Valleys
Mountains
Shores
Each one reflects a specific energetic space where your system relaxes and becomes more receptive.
For example, I have a kitchens environment, which means I thrive in places with movement, conversation and connection. Many of my clients also have this environment, which makes sense. They’re often visionaries and leaders who thrive in the energy of collaboration.
If you’re a caves environment person, you might feel safest and most creative in a space that feels womb-like, with a clear view of the door. If you’re a mountains person, you may prefer high-up spaces with perspective.
When you declutter, bring this awareness in. Can you align your space with the environment your body recognises as safe and nourishing? Can you reconfigure the room, the lighting, the energy flow to better suit your natural design?
This is where decluttering becomes a doorway to deeper embodiment.
Human Design, visibility and the power of space
As a Projector, I know how sensitive our energy can be. We absorb. We feel. We notice.
If our environments are cluttered, outdated, or stagnant, it can block us from feeling safe to be visible. It can dull our magnetism. And it can make content creation, visibility and aligned leadership feel heavier than it needs to.
But when your space is clear, intentional, and energetically aligned, everything changes. You don’t have to push. You get to create. You get to receive. And you get to show up fully.
This is the kind of space I want for you.
How to start today
This doesn’t have to be overwhelming. You don’t need to declutter your entire home in one go. You just need to choose one space that matters. Your desk. Your wardrobe. Your creation corner.
Set your intention. Play something that uplifts you. Release what no longer supports the woman you’re becoming.
And then take a moment to feel. Notice the energy shift. Breathe it in.
You’ve just raised your frequency.
Final thoughts
Intentional decluttering is a sacred act of energetic alignment. It’s a statement to yourself and the universe: I am ready for more.
Whether you’re a Generator craving more clarity, a Manifestor clearing space for vision, a Reflector seeking harmony, or a Projector calling in the right invitations, this practice will support you.
If this resonates, I’d love to hear how it lands. You can always email me at hello@abigailrebecca.com or message me directly. Tell me what you cleared. Tell me what flowed in. Tell me how it feels.
Because when you declutter with intention, you do more than clear your home.
You clear the way for your future.
