When I discovered I was a Projector, everything made sense. I understood why I’d always felt exhausted in the corporate world. Working long days, leading big projects and constantly pushing through my own needs.
Projectors don’t have consistent access to life force energy like Generators and Manifesting Generators do. We’re designed to guide, not to hustle. When I began to honour that, I rebuilt my business model to support spaciousness, rest, and depth.
Now, I take breaks between clients. I rarely work Fridays. I never work the last week of the month. I plan my business around my energy, and not the other way around.
Generators and MGs, on the other hand, thrive when they are lit up by what they do. If they’re forcing themselves to follow someone else’s system that doesn’t feel satisfying, they burn out or lose their spark. Manifestors need independence and space to create on their own terms. Reflectors need time to feel into what’s right. Human Design gives us permission to operate in ways that honour these needs.

Most business programs are built around one person’s formula. You sign up, follow the steps, implement the method. And sometimes it works, especially if your design is similar to the coach you’re learning from.
