Let’s face it, life is busy. Juggling work, self care, fitness, family, the kids…it can get really overwhelming.
Feeling overloaded, you lie awake at night, worrying about your workload, your brain frantically ticking over, searching for a meeting you may have missed or appointments that you forgot to put in your diary.
Work and private life seems to merge into one big melting pot of stress and anxiety.
Constantly running from one task to the other. No wonder they call it the ‘rat race’.
Clearing space in your schedule often seems impossible but we often get so immersed in the ‘everyday busy’ we forget to take a step back and look at the bigger picture.
