Here's The First Step To Creating Your Corporate Escape Plan
If you’re a regular reader of my blogs, you’ll know that I have mixed feelings about my corporate memories.
Even though I was blessed to work with some wonderful people and I had interesting and challenging work, I wasn’t a happy bunny.
I was in fight or flight mode. I was stressed and burnt out. I had adrenal fatigue. I was sick.
My unhappiness had manifested a heart condition and I was so stressed out and overwhelmed, that I didn’t have time to take care of it.
So I just ignored it and hoped it would go away. (It didn’t BTW)
Stress, fear and overwhelm seem to be a common theme in an executive career these days.
One of my clients told me the other day that she wakes up in constant fear that she will lose her job. That's no way to live. Luckily, she's started to plan her escape route so she can be her own boss.
More and more of my clients tell me that they feel so overwhelmed in their job. They're comparing themselves to colleagues who are competing for the same roles, they have high anxiety that they're not good enough and they'll lose their job, budgets are being cut and the workload is piling up.
No wonder they feel so unhappy.
No wonder they're getting sick.
No wonder they're looking for other career options.
No WONDER they feel disconnected to themselves, their loved ones and their feminine energy.
Looking back at my corporate career, I know I wasn't looking at the bigger picture. I was just fire fighting, rushing from one problem to the other.
I wish that someone had just sat down with me and helped me create a plan of action. Because I had to work it out all on my own.
I think one of the biggest challenges I had was that I didn't trust myself to make decisions anymore. Was I making decisions that were right for me and my future or was I just making those choices out of fear?
I needed space to THINK, to PLAN and to CONNECT to myself again. I had no idea how to do that.
If you need that in your life right now, I’ve recorded this training just for you. In this 30 minute video I share the first step in creating your corporate escape plan.
And that’s not all.
If you get excited by this idea, I’m giving you the opportunity to take it further.
I am calling in 10 wonderful women to join the beta launch of my new group programme: Find Your Freedom - 8 weeks to create your corporate escape plan and lead a happier and financially abundant life.
If you dream of making changes in your life and you want to feel more confident around stepping into your big vision then send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
