If you have a 1/3 Profile you’re designed to be a subject matter expert and learn best through personal experience and struggle rather than following the advice of others. You have to investigate, explore and then experiment with something to know if it's right for you or not.
You love to research and learn as much as you can about something before you go down a particular path or form an opinion about it. This can make you a subject matter expert. You can cultivate a deep and rich knowledge of whatever subject area lights you up.
You have a solitary nature, often preferring to work independently and delve deeply into your interests or projects.
There will always be people who want the information only you can share. This makes you very valuable. You don’t feel comfortable sharing or teaching about any subject until you're reasonably confident you’ve earned a certain degree of expertise in that area.
It’s very hard to lie to you. You like to get to the bottom of things and have a well-developed BS detector.
Your natural researching skills makes you an expert in your chosen field and in turn you can share your expertise to help others to learn. So share your deep knowledge as a speaker, podcast host, summit expert or writing a guest blog post in a well known publication.
You’re here to learn through experience and the trial and errors that you've been through will be a huge inspiration for others so share the story about your journey to success, with all of the failures, with your audience. They will LOVE it.
You have an incredible capacity and energy for life, which will lead to you making mistakes. Throughout your life you will have a pattern of trial and error learning, where you’ll experience setbacks or challenges you explore different avenues but ultimately gain valuable insights and wisdom from these experiences.
It's crucial to understand that making mistakes is part of the learning process and an inherent aspect of your design. Embracing this truth allows you to move forward, create abundance, and embody a confident and authentic leadership style.
